Personal information and confidentiality
Acting in the interest of the User/Customer, CINI SP. Z O.O. shall endeavour to ensure protection of the processed data through the application of technical and organizational measures, appropriate to the risk. In particular, CINI SP. Z O.O. shall apply operations intended to protect users' personal data from making them available to unauthorized persons, loss or damage.
Personal data collected by CINI SP. Z O.O. in the process of registration shall be processed only by the Administrator or by authorized employees or associates of the Administrator, who have been given the appropriate power of attorney.
CINI SP. Z O.O. declares and the Client acknowledges that in order to use the Service, including advanced features available on the website, it is necessary to provide to the company CINI SP. Z O.O. personal data and e-mail address (and/or other electronic address) in accordance to the form available on the website.
Customer/User consents to the collection, processing and use by CINI SP. Z O.O. his/her personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. (Dz. U. No. 133, item. 883), acknowledging that the Client is entitled to access to this data, as well as to correct, edit, or forbid their further processing. CINI SP. Z O.O. can also process personal data for the purposes of:
1. administration
2. statistics
3. marketing [based on a the Client’s separate consent]
Author / User agrees to the collection, processing and using the data provided, including e-mail address by CINI SP. Z O.O. for the purpose of advertising, market research and researching the preferences of the Clients. The results of such research shall be used to improve the quality of services provided by CINI SP. Z O.O. - In accordance with the Law of 18.07.2002r. of electronic services.
Personal data, addresses and data regarding the use of the Service will be given to third parties (in particular to the relevant judicial authorities) only in the circumstances described in the applicable laws.
The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to remove user data if their retention is necessary to settle the claims, or if it is required by applicable law.
